半開前圓唇元音（open-mid front rounded vowel、low-mid front rounded vowel[1]）是母音的一種，用於一些語言當中，國際音標以⟨œ⟩代表此音，而X-SAMPA音標則以⟨9⟩代表此音。

特徵

  • 其元音舌位是前，表示舌頭會盡可能地朝向嘴巴前面，但不至於阻礙氣流而被歸類為子音。通常圓唇前元音的實際位置會比參考點的位置還要更靠近中央（稱此過程為央化）。因此，前元音事實上常常是次前元音。
  • 其圓唇度為圓唇元音，這表示嘴唇向前突起並圓形的開口，且唇內側並不露出。

卡特福特註解到[需要完整來源]有前後圓唇元音的多數語言的唇化不一樣，後元音突出而前元音不突出。但如斯堪的納維亞語支的幾種語言有突出前元音。其中一種——瑞典語甚至在前元音也有這一對立(參見次閉前圓唇元音，瑞典語例子同時有兩種元音)。

鑑於國際音標中沒有區別是否突出的符號，老式的描寫唇化的符號⟨  ̫⟩會作為ad hoc標表示突出前元音。另一種可能的轉寫是⟨œʷ⟩或⟨ɛʷ⟩，但這可能被誤讀為雙元音。

聽覺上這個音"介於"更典型的不突出半開前元音[œ]和半開前不圓唇元音[ɛ]之間。
