人类的咽（pharynx），又称咽头，是颈部的一个部分，为一条连接口腔和鼻腔至盲肠和肛门（食道和气管交界）的圆锥形通道，是消化道和呼吸道的交会处。咽头与喉头在解剖学上合称为咽喉。

人类的咽是消化系统的一部分，同时也是呼吸道的一部分。人类的咽通常被分成三部分：鼻咽 (nasopharynx)、口咽 (oropharynx)、以及喉咽 (laryngopharynx)。咽是发声的重要器官。
